WESTSIDE LOCOS 13/TRECE
Westside Locos 13 Or Just "Westside Locos" is a mostly Latin-American street gang that originates in West Los Angeles, dating back to the early 1970s. After complications with the police though, Afilliated Member Esteban "Bollo de Hombre" Lopez was kicked out of and banned from the city of Los Angeles completely for having almost 20 listed crimes on his criminal record in the city of Los Angeles. His nickname simply means "Man Bun" and received his nickname from his choice for a hairstyle. Since he missed all of his fellow "Locos" and "Homies" back at home, he contacted the leader of the gang, Sergio Munoz, if he could carry the legacy of "LSX3" or "WSLS" into Chicago. Sergio agreed, since the gang wasn't too large, they were able to branch off into Chicago and expand the size of his gang. Sergio said not to "Make the gang too big, and handle it well" so Esteban followed his steps. This is where West Side Locos sit currently, in Chicago and Los Angeles, the two most gang-controlled cities of the United States.
OPERATIONS
Westside Locos 13 operates in drug dealing and on rare occasions, sells firearms, but very, very rarely. They mostly accept immigrants into the gang, offering protection and money as long as they don't "Snitch", or "Rat" about anything they see in the gang. They also print illegal fraud bills from printers, and resell them onto the dark web for money.
TERRITORY
Westside Locos 13 are trying to take over the territory of the top and middle floor homes near the houses that are in the neighbourhood often referred to as "O Block".
OUT OF CHARACTER INFO
1. You must have been playing Chicago: Remade or East Brickton for at least 2 days and have some roleplaying skills.
2. Disrespecting Higher-Ups Will Have The CK Of Your Character Immediatley.
3. Having The Death Of An Allied Member On Your Hands Will Result In The Immediate CK Of Your Character.
4. In Joining The Faction, There Is No Needed Giving Of CK Perms, And Your CK Perms Are Given During Affiliation, As You Swear To A HR How "I [NAME] Will Never Break Any Of WSLS's Rules, And Disrespect Any Other Higher Ranked Members. Your Hand Will Be Cut Open After And You Are Officially Afilliated.
5. You Must Have At Least 1-2 Screens Every 4 Days AT MOST.
6. The Breaking Of A Smaller Rule Will Result In A Member Strike, A Strike That's Given Once One Has Broken The Rules. Three Strikes, And You Get CK'ed And Removed From The Faction
